I am proud of the partnerships that we have developed in Warren County. While visiting classrooms during the review, I had the opportunity to meet a local business owner in Warren County. Chad Larkins from Warrenton Dry Cleaners was explaining to students the process of starting their own business. After his presentation, he took the time to find me and offer his assistance to help Warren County Schools in any way! That is really awesome.
I am also proud of how well the neighboring county school districts work together. Granville County visited Warren County to look at the Microsoft IT Academy. We have visited Granville County to look at the Virtual Enterprises program. Leesville Road High School opened their doors to us to look at the CTE/ Academic Combo classes, we presented our IC3 program to Franklin County School CTE teachers. The list goes on and on!
