Ted Summey, Central Region Coordinator from the NC Department of Public Instruction, held his monthly meeting in Durham this week. He gave updates from the state and provided information on the Common Core and its relationship with CTE. Joann Honeycutt, CTE State Director was present and provided updates from the state board of education meeting.
