I am excited to be a part of the Innovation Committee to the CTE Strategic Plan. Ken Scott from Rockingham County is the chairman of the committee, In addition to myself, Stacy Gerrad, Beaufort County, Karen Gilbert, Gaston County, Erlene Brogden, Wayne County, and Kathy Jo Eckard, Caldwell County and Agnes Moore from DPI serve on the committee. Ted Summey is the Ex-Officio member. We met in Greensboro this week to start our work. We plan to have one additional face to face meeting and virtual meetings when needed.
