Governors Innovation

Warren County Schools is one of four school districts in North Carolina that partnered with Vance Granville Community College to receive a Governors Innovation Grant. The group is using the grant resources to provide advanced manufacturing training opportunities for the students in their districts. The team meets periodically with the grant officials and other districts that received a grant to discuss the progress of the programs. The groups develop strategies to help be as effective and efficient as possible. Here are scenes from the latest meeting that we had.
