April School Board Meeting

The Warren County Board of Education held its April meeting at Warren County Middle School. A work session was held at 4:00 pm followed by the regular meeting at 6:00 pm. Check out scenes from the event.

Delores Pulliam, Finance Officer for Warren County Schools, presents the local budget proposal to the board. 



During the regular board meeting, Dr. Linda Mason, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction presents the Light of Character Awards.

Tameka Sideberry, from South Warren Elementary, was named the district's Stellar Performer for April.


Jerome Williams, STEM Coordinator recognizes the students that won district and regional awards this winter and early spring.






Dr. Frank Polakiewicz, Assistant Superintendent for Administration, presents and recognizes attendance winners. 


Principal, Renee Mizelle from Vaughan Elementary celebrates to the crowd. Her school won both the best and most improved awards this month.




James King, Heating and Air Conditioning Specialist from the Warren County Schools Maintenance Department discuss the repair needs for South Warren Elementary School.


The board heard an update from the search committee that is working to help the board select a new Superintendent.
