Sandy Hook Promise Training

Warren County Schools in conjunction with several other government agencies participated in a comprehensive Safety and Assessment Training at Warren County High School. The Sandy Hook Promise program is nationally recognized and is designed to help schools prevent acts of violence. Check out pictures taken at the event.


Each school brought a team to participate in the training.


The Warren County Sherriff's office participated in the training. 


Dr. Spain introduces the program and talks about how the program can be beneficial to all schools and the community. 


Each participating agency introduced themselves to the group. 



Cathy Alston-Kearney, Student Success Coordinator for Warren County Schools introduced the trainers for the event. 


Carleen Wray, presented a brief overview of the Sandy Hook Promise program.


Warren County Board of Education members participated in the program. 


Dr. Sharmila Mehta conducted the training.
