Mr. Garlock at Vaughan Elementary will be facilitating the Computer Science program in conjunction with Athletes for Computer Science, Turning Point LLC, and Code.org. Chalis Henderson from Turning Point provided and training and assisted Mr. Garlock with the class format and delivery method. Students will begin the Coding instruction next week.
Ms. Henderson from Turning Point shows how the online conferencing system will work with the students.
Ellis Wyms, former NFL football player will be providing the instruction for the students. He also haves other NFL players join the class at different times.
The Code.org curriculum will be used by the students.
